Within a short span, she witnessed tremendous demand for professional support in the break-fix support industry, handling over 200+ customers per day in her care center. As a result of her hard work and dedication, she was awarded as one of the best-performing Nokia Care center in India. Having already understood the market demand for repair and service support, on Nokia's exit from the Indian market, she launched her own brand "Bigfix", a multi-brand repair franchise.
