Bigfix was founded by Mrs. Dhevi, a women entrepreneur, and supported by Mr. Umamaheswaran, a technocrat. In the year 2009, Mrs. Dhevi signed up for a franchise of Nokia Care in Ashok Nagar, Chennai. Within a short span, she witnessed tremendous demand for professional support in the break-fix support industry, handling over 200+ customers per day in her care center.
